BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon DIJON MUSTARD
  • ½ teaspoon SEA SALT
  • ½ teaspoon FRESHLY CRACKED BLACK PEPPER (finely ground if possible)
  • 1 large clove of GARLIC, minced
  • ¼ cup BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • ¾ cup of EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 2 tablespoons HONEY
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, whisk together BALSAMIC VINEGAR, HONEY, MUSTARD, GARLIC and SALT and PEPPER
  2. Slowly add the oil and whisk thoroughly to combine. You can make this in a blender if you prefer.
  3. Store in a glass jar with lid and refrigerate. Shake WELL before using
