THAI PEANUT LETTUCE WRAPS
 
 
Ingredients
  • 2-3 ounces GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST STRIPS, diced
  • 10 ounces of STIR FRY VEGGIES, frozen
  • ROMAINE HEARTS or LETTUCE BOATS
  • OLIVE OIL
  • BANGKOK PEANUT SAUCE (Store bought is fine)
  • CARROT SHAVINGS
Instructions
  1. In heavy skillet over medium heat drizzle tablespoon of olive oil and add chicken, frozen vegetables and cook stirring occasionally until well heated and tender (5 or 6 minutes)
  2. Pour sauce over to combine
  3. Serve in Romaine Lettuce Hearts topped with carrot shavings
